Nice when it works, but I can’t seem to get it to charge. It just sits there, day after day, blinking that stupid blue light 24x7.
WTF is wrong with it and how do I fix it?

Nah, I already did that with the Dyson...
(not really - I picked up the Dyson on the cheap and then was stunned at the cost of a replacement battery, and so it sits in a closet somewhere waiting for me to win the damn lottery)

“When charging, the light on the cradle will illuminate a solid red.”
Read on a little longer
“When fully charged, the light on the cradle will illuminate a solid red.”
So, the fully charged light is identical to the charging light...

Well, not completely unrelated. This thing blinks the blue light when it’s charging, but changes to solid blue when done. It just never changed to solid. I wish I knew what type of batteries it uses because I know you need to treat NiCads differently than LiIon and NiMH, and I wonder if I did it backwards. In the mean time my car stays dirty and the broken glass from last January's breakin remains...
